Since the Pandemic so much of what we knew as a society has changed.  Many are now working remotely from home, commuting less, and our work life balance has really been put into question.  We are getting into nature more and have been shown the true value of health.

When you empower your body by eating rich whole foods and nourishing your soul by spending time in nature and with those you love, you’ll develop a confident mindset that will stay with you as you continue your journey.

About Me

Hey!! My name is Ginger & I’m a 30~something year old Holistic Nutritionist.  Here you will find plenty of resources on health, wellness, & inspiration for your own journey. Whether it is weight lifting motivation or training programs, mental health advocates, or healthy eating, you’ll find everything you need for living a healthy lifestyle.

I currently live in Utah, a gorgeous outdoorsy state.  So hiking and adventuring are my past time and you’ll always find my dogs at my side.

What I know about nutrition?

I know that eating an abundance of plants in all varieties and colors is best. This includes, nuts, seeds, legumes, etc.

I know that limiting your consumption of processed foods has been proven to reduce your risk of most diet related diseases.

I know that heart disease, which is the #1 cause of death, may be prevented and even reversed in most cases through lifestyle modification which is even covered by most insurance.

I know that our gut microbiota is vital to health & feeding the healthy bacteria to promote wellness is best done with a diverse plant-based diet.

Why the Plant Goddess?

By definition a goddess is: a woman who is greatly admired, especially for her beauty.

But what do we define as beauty?

By definition: a combination of qualities, such as shape, color, or form, that pleases the aesthetic senses, especially the sight or a combination of qualities that pleases the intellect.

My definition of goddess is: a woman who is admired for her beautiful qualities. The ones that please the intellect.

What goddess means to me:

One who radiates kindness, compassion, and unconditional love. One who loves and respects all beings and forms of life. One who is kind, passionate, authentic, and enthusiastic which is attractive, inspiring, and contagious.

One who remains humble and curious like a child and is always learning, growing, expanding, and evolving. One who is open-minded and open hearted. One who is adaptive and has a holistic and conscious approach to all aspects of health. One who is generous, supportive, and willing to share.

One who patiently allows the ebb and flow in life and has learned to let go of the urge to control.

She is a mother, wife, sister, friend. She is you, she is me, she is us.
